Best Dressed @ Oscars 2K11
1.) BOW DOWN to the QUEEN, Bitches! Cate Blanchett just annihilated everyone. 2.) Age appropriate, delicate, beautiful! Loved Hailee Steinfeld’s outfit as well. Precious! These two items were pretty much the only good part about the Oscars this year. Snoozefest of the century. Thank god James Franco has, like, 700 other jobs he can fall back on.

A Desperate Internet Plea
If you don’t know by now or aren’t on Twitter (& if you aren’t go ahead and ignore this—also, who doesn’t tweet?), Marc Jacobs is using Twitter to find someone to handle their social media presence. As you may or may not know, I fancy myself a bit of a twitter aficionado/general internet funny person. So, I’m sending a plea (read: begging) for a favor....

This, however, is not only a really good piece on Scientology, it’s also a really, really masterfully-written piece of journalism. It’s long, for sure, but totally worth it.
All DAY, man. ALL DAY. I have a feeling it’s this guy, just hangin’ out, sippin’ coladas and shit: And some of his funky tricks & shit are FUCKIN’ UP MY LEFT NOSTRIL. ALL DAY, MAN. Who knows what he’s poking around up in there. Ugh. And just the left side! Sneezapalooza to the max. On the left. WHY JUST ONE SIDE? It’s so CONFUSING.
I’m not kidding. The sheer ineptitude of this show, inspired by the Spider-Man...– Ben Brantley, during his NYT review of “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark” doesn’t shy away from what everyone was figuring would be the general consensus.
I Used To Be Fat
So it’s no secret that I have had a lot of ups & downs about my feelings towards my own weight and dealing with weight gain and loss, etc. I think that’s fairly common for ANY woman—fat or skinny (and, obviously, in my case, I err on the fat side. This is no secret) to have these insecurities from time to time. I do think it’s generally harder for fat people, though....
